Delta Zeta Recruitment Video 2022

My sorority was an extremely important aspect of my college experience. I assumed many leadership positions and opportunities out of a love for involvement and the organization. I was elected Vice President of Membership and Recruitment as a sophomore and held that position for two years. This position taught me a lot about myself as a young adult: How to gain your peers’ trust and respect, how to represent the organization as one individual, how to balance friendship with responsibilities. I look back at my time in this role with nothing but fondness for my experience. I am honored to have organized Formal and Informal Recruitment processes and have recruited three pledge classes. This video came with the job description but always was a way for me to visually write a love letter to the sorority and the women who made my college experience what it was.
